Becoming more physically active is all about feeling better, and we want to help you to be able to make those small changes that can all add up to make a difference to your physical and mental health. The beneļ¬ts of physical activity are well proven and wide ranging, from preventing diseases to improving brain function. Working with partners including the VCSE sector, NHS, Hull City Council, Active Humber, Hull Culture and Leisure Ltd, and Sport England, Hull is embarking on a journey to improve the health and wellbeing of our residents, which everyone has a part to play in.
